RepackWorld respects the intellectual property rights of creators and software developers. However, please be aware that RepackWorld is currently in an active Development Stage. As our automated infrastructure and administrative networks are not yet finalized, the ability to process formal complaints is temporarily unavailable.

Safe Harbor & Content Model

RepackWorld functions strictly as an indexing directory and Online Service Provider (OSP). We do not host, store, or transmit any copyrighted game files or executable software on our root web servers. All heavy archival data is hosted off-site on completely independent, third-party cloud storage providers, such as Buzzheaver.

Temporary Developmental Status

Because our platform is still under active development, we cannot currently process formal DMCA takedown requests directly. We recognize the importance of intellectual property and intend to implement an automated abuse reporting system as our infrastructure matures. In the meantime, any copyright grievances regarding the physical hosting of files must be securely directed to the specific third-party storage providers where the data actually resides.
